There are usually 2 kinds of light effects for these bulbs, diffused(we called it frosted bulbs) and focused(we called it COB bulbs). Diffused lighting acts like a general lighting and focused lighting creates a hotel-like ambiance. Solely depends on your needs, each design creates a very different lighting effect. COB bulbs have higher CRI compared to frosted bulbs, so if you are looking to shine on a painting COB bulbs will be a better option to enhance the colors of the painting. We provide complimentary frosted bulbs for our tracklights and spotlights. Upgrading to COB bulbs are available at 4 SGD(6W) and 10 SGD(10W).

Different light fixtures use different kind of bulbs. There are a few common/popular options for each category. Pendant lamps and wall lamps have the most options. Due to the lamps' fanciful nature, there are a lot of ways to create a nice light fixture. Some designers prefer to use E27 as it creates many possibilities(you can swap around with different shapes of bulbs at your own convenience). Whereas others uses integrated light source to create a seamless design. For tracklights and spotlights, the commonly used bulb options are GU10, integrated light source and our very own creation, the modules. We recommend customers to go for GU10 or modules as these are inter-changeable lighting parts whereas integrated light source ones are fixed. Once integrated light source is fused, it can get quite time-consuming to change the light source.
